Green factory definition
Green factory standards refer to factories that have achieved intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy. They are the core implementation units of the green manufacturing system. The standards for green factories mainly include the following aspects.

Green factory application conditions
1. Enterprise qualifications: The applicant enterprise should be an industrial and information enterprise with independent legal person status and comply with national industrial policies and local high-quality development requirements.
2. Compliance with laws and regulations: The enterprise should abide by relevant laws and regulations and have no major safety, environmental protection, quality and other accidents in the past three years.
3. Project requirements: The green factory project applied for should have been completed and put into production, and have good energy-saving and comprehensive resource utilization effects.



Green factory indicator system
The evaluation indicators of green factories are divided into primary indicators and secondary indicators, and the specific requirements include basic requirements and expected requirements. Basic requirements are mandatory evaluation requirements for inclusion in green factory pilot projects, and expected requirements are reference targets for the creation of green factories. The evaluation index framework includes six categories: infrastructure, management system, energy and resource input, products, environmental emissions and environmental performance.

Green factory evaluation requirements
1. Infrastructure: Architectural design should be conducive to improving land use efficiency and adopt efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly production equipment and auxiliary equipment.
2. Management system: Establish and improve environmental management system (ISO 14001), energy management system (ISO 50001), quality management system (ISO 9001)
3. Energy and resource input: Optimize energy structure, use low-carbon and clean new energy, and improve raw material utilization.
4. Environmental emissions: Ensure that pollutant emissions meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards
5. Products: Incorporate green concepts into product design to meet relevant energy efficiency standards and carbon footprint management requirements.
